In line with guidance from the Scouts and the National Youth Agency (NYA), Tadley Scouts are managing our response to the Coronavirus pandemic by making adjustments to the way we operate. The Scouts have a Readiness Level system in place to determine the type of Scouting we can offer. This level depends on the guidance the Scouts receive from the NYA along with other factors.
The Scouts now allow indoor and outdoor activities to take place due to the changes in Government restrictions. Our sections are now beginning to return to face-to-face Scouting. The section leadership teams will be in touch with members to provide more information. We will still continue some virtual Scouting for the foreseeable future. We are not planning to run any residential activities until further notice.
Returning to Face-to-Face Scouting As set out by the Government's roadmap, we are now in a position to return to some face-to-face Scouting activities now that it is safe to do so. The majority of our sections are now running face-to-face sessions or are looking to start before the summer holidays.
Hall Hire We are now offering hall hire. We will inform any hirers of additional requirements regarding cleaning and any guidance we receive from the Scouts. Please contact us for more information and visit our Hall Hire page.

Yellow Readiness Level
We are currently at yellow level in Tadley. This means section meetings can take place both indoors and outdoors with size limited to one section. Residential activities can take place with up to 30 attendees (excluding adult volunteers). Social distancing, rule of 6 and lateral flow testing must take place for any residential activities.
